Simple Meditation


Sit in a comfortable position:
Set up your time to sit still. It will tend to be 20 minutes;
Close your eyes when you are ready and say:
If any disruption,
I‘ll be awake, healthy, full of energy, and in a good mood.
Count as you breath
10- 9- 8- 7- 6- 5- 4- 3- 2- 1
Say
I am in a Simple Meditation
Delete, not assist any thought coming to your mind
(I let go…)
the more gently you let go of your thought the more loving/accepting/open/clear you become
After 20 minutes count from 1-6
After number 3 say:
By the number 6, I’ll be awake, healthy, full of energy, in a good mood and satisfied with my Simple Meditation
1- 2- 3- 4- 5- 6
Done
All is well.
